Is smoking allowed on my flight?
Smoking on your flight depends on the owner of the aircraft. Our team at Challenge Jet Charter will be happy to advise you on the best aircraft to match your personal preferences.
To what destinations can I fly on a private jet?
Your private jet can take you anywhere in the world, even to the remotest destinations that can only be accessed by a private jet or to the places that can not be reached by scheduled services.
Do I need to bring my passport?
Yes. We always recommend bringing your passport and visa requirements for your flight.
How long before my flight do I need to arrive?
We recommend arriving at the airport at least 20 minutes before departure for domestic and European flights and 30 minutes for international flights.
What in-flight services can be provided?
You are free to tailor your catering menu, meet the crew and make last minute changes to your flight, even during mid-air. Your private jet experience depends completely on your own requirements.
What is an Empty Leg flight?
An Empty Leg journey is a process when an aircraft becomes empty for a section of its journey. If the aircraft needs to return to its home base while empty, these flights can be chartered to the destination of the aircraft’s flight.
What's an FBO?
Fixed-Base Operator is a business within an airport that provides crew lounges, weather planning, flight handling and in some airports even sleep rooms and showers. FBO has the right to operate on the airport and provide aviation services, such as parking, hangar space and fuel.
What safety standards do your private jets, pilots, and crew abide by?
We prioritise the safety of our clients therefore we always charter aircraft that are ARGUS and Wyvern certified, to ensure that the crew, pilots and the chosen aircraft meet safety standards.
What is an on-demand charter flight?
An on-demand jet charter offers you a freedom and flexibility that private jet travel can provide. You can pay for your flight as you go and book your aircraft in as little as 2 hours’ notice. We are able to offer you any size aircraft that is available on the market during that time.
On demand charters are popular with travellers who need to book a flight on a short notice. Within a matter of a few hours, you can be boarding your private jet for your next trip and our team.
Is on-board catering included in the price?
Yes. There aren’t set menus during each flight and the catering is provided specifically to you, depending on your personal preferences. Generally, smaller aircraft offers an assorted variety of platters such as canapes, fruits and sandwiches.
Larger aircraft offers hot meals and a full bar selection of wine and champagne. If you have any requests or catering preferences, we are able to arrange specific selection of alcoholic drinks, vegetarian, halal, vegan or any other catering selections upon your request.
Do Private Jets come with Wi-Fi?
Yes. A lot of aircraft have the Wi-Fi capability and if it’s something you would like to confirm, please speak to us beforehand.
Can you arrange ground transportation?
Yes. We are always able to arrange a ground transfer for your flight.
Can I fly with my pets when travelling by private jet?
Absolutely! As long as you have the appropriate documents for the travel, you can take your pet into the cabin. Keep in mind that different countries have different regulations for pet flights. Your pet is allowed to move freely within the cabin, however we would recommend flying with regulation cages for smaller pets. Our team will be able to advise you on the matter during your booking to make sure your journey goes smoothly.
What different types of private jet are there?
There is a wide range of jets you can choose, depending on your flight itinerary and a number of passengers. You can see the different aircraft types we can offer in our Private Jets section.
How much luggage can I take on a private jet?
The amount of luggage you’re allowed to bring on your flight depends on the aircraft and the number of passengers during the flight. We would recommend a small bag for a small jet and for larger aircraft, you can bring up to 20 medium / large suitcases.
Keep in mind, any other equipment such as for skiing, will require a larger storage space, therefore a bigger aircraft.
How much does it cost to charter a private jet?
The price of the flight solely depends on the flight itinerary, number of passengers, flight time and aircraft size. We provide with a quote for a competitive price upon request.
Is it possible to pay for an order with Visa and MasterCard payment cards?
